fulbridge offers three services: live interpretation, written translation and interpretation equipment. You can book one service, or combine all three and manage everything through a single coordinator.
Simultaneous interpretation
Conference interpreters for every plenary
Simultaneous interpretation is live spoken translation. Interpreters sit in a soundproof booth and translate each speaker in real time, while delegates listen in their own language through a headset.
Our conference interpreters work in pairs and take turns every 30 minutes, so quality stays high through long plenary sessions. For events with three or more languages, we plan relay interpretation between booths and test every channel with your AV team before the doors open.

Conference document translation
Every document, before & after your event
Your delegates read every document in their own language: before, during and after the event. We translate everything from the first invitation to the final report.
A translator who knows your sector translates each file, and a second linguist checks it. Your interpreters work from the same glossary, so the booth and the page use the same terms. Need it sworn for a Moroccan court or ministry? We arrange that too.

Interpretation equipment rental
Booths, headsets & a technician on site
Simultaneous interpretation equipment rental, installed and run by our own technicians. A standard set includes soundproof interpreter booths, interpreter consoles, a multi-channel transmitter and a wireless headset receiver for every delegate. For large events, we also offer our own web-based system: delegates follow the interpretation live on their phones, so nobody has to leave an ID card as a headset deposit.
We deliver, set up and take down everything. Our technicians manage the audio frequencies to prevent interference, bring spare receivers for late registrations, work alongside your AV team and stay on site until the last session ends.

What is the difference between simultaneous and consecutive interpretation?
In simultaneous interpretation, the interpreter speaks at the same time as the speaker, from a soundproof booth, and listeners use headsets. In consecutive interpretation, the speaker pauses every few sentences and the interpreter then repeats the message, which suits small meetings and site visits.
How many interpreters do I need for a conference?
For a full conference day, plan two interpreters for each language booth, because simultaneous interpreters take turns every 30 minutes. For a short meeting of less than one hour, one interpreter per language can be enough.
Can I rent interpretation equipment without interpreters?
Yes. We rent interpreter booths, receivers, headsets and microphones on their own, with a technician who installs and runs them during your event.
Do you provide remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI)?
Yes. Our interpreters work on Zoom, Webex and other platforms for online and hybrid events. We test the connection and audio with your speakers before the event starts.
Do you offer sworn translation for Moroccan authorities?
Yes. Sworn translations are signed and stamped by a translator approved by the Moroccan courts, so courts, notaries and ministries accept them as official documents.
