fulfulbridge rents interpretation equipment for training courses, workshops and conferences across Morocco: interpreter booths, consoles, headsets and portable systems. You can rent it with or without our interpreters. Our Marrakech team delivers it, sets it up and takes it away after your event.
What you get
- Mobile interpreter booths built to ISO 4043. A booth is a small soundproof cabin. Interpreters work inside it, so their voices don’t disturb the room.
- Interpreter consoles & a central control unit. Interpreters use the console to listen to the speaker and speak into a microphone. The central control unit connects the room’s sound to the booth and sends each language to your delegates.
- Headsets for your delegates. Each delegate chooses their language on the headset. We send the sound by radio (RF) or infrared (IR), depending on your room.
- Portable systems for small groups. For training rooms, site visits, factory tours and breakout groups, we supply portable systems with no booth.
- A technician on site, setup & pack-up. We bring everything to your venue and set it up. Our technician stays during your event and takes everything away at the end. We keep backup equipment on site, so we can replace any faulty part at once.
Which equipment does your event need?
- Fewer than 5 delegates: a portable system, or whispered interpretation with no equipment at all.
- 5 to 50 delegates: a portable radio or infrared system, or a booth with our standard package. This suits most training courses and workshops.
- 50 to 100 delegates: one or more mobile booths, a radio or infrared system, a central control unit and headsets.
- More than 100 delegates: booths with headsets, or listen on your phone, where delegates hear the interpreter on their own phone. No headsets to hand out, and nobody leaves a passport as a deposit.

Radio or infrared?
Both send the interpretation to the headsets. Radio (RF) passes through walls, so it also works for groups that move. Infrared (IR) stays inside the room, which keeps your discussion private.
How it works
- Tell us about your event. Send us your dates, city, venue, number of delegates and languages. Tell us if you also need interpreters.
- Get one quote. We tell you which equipment fits your room and what it costs.
- Before the event. We deliver the equipment and set it up before your first session starts. Our technician stays until the end.
- After the event. We pack everything up and take it away.
Prices
- Standard package: from MAD 1,800 per language per day in Marrakech, Casablanca or Rabat, including VAT. This includes a booth, two interpreter consoles, a central control unit, 20 headsets, a technician on site, setup and pack-up.
- More than 20 delegates: extra headsets cost MAD 42 each per day.
- Other cities: add MAD 600 per day.
- Portable systems and listen on your phone: price on request.
- Interpreters: from MAD 6,000 per interpreter per day in Marrakech. See interpretation for training & workshops.
Example: a two-day workshop in Casablanca, one language, 35 delegates, with your own interpreters. 2 days × MAD 1,800 + 15 extra headsets × MAD 42 × 2 days = about MAD 4,860 including VAT, before any discount.

Payment & cancellation
- You pay 50% of the quote to confirm your booking.
- If you cancel up to 15 days before the event, we refund this payment in full.
- You pay the other 50% on the day before the last day of the event. For a one-day event, you pay it on the day.

Questions about interpretation equipment
Can we rent the equipment without your interpreters?
Yes. You can bring your own interpreters and rent only the equipment. We set it up before your event and take it away at the end.
How many headsets do we need?
One for each delegate who needs the interpretation. The standard package includes 20 headsets for each language, and extra headsets cost MAD 42 each per day. Add a few for people who register late.
What if another event in the building uses interpretation equipment?
If another interpretation system nearby causes interference, we change the frequencies.
What happens if something stops working?
Our technician stays on site with backup equipment, so we replace any faulty part at once.
Do you deliver outside Marrakech?
Yes, across Morocco. The standard package costs the same in Marrakech, Casablanca and Rabat. In other cities, add MAD 600 per day.
