Last updated: 5 November 2026. This policy explains what personal data fulbridge collects through fulbridge.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to visitors to this website and to people who contact us for a quote.
Who we are
fulbridge provides conference interpretation, translation and interpretation equipment rental, and is based in Marrakech, Morocco. We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us its data controller. For any question about this policy or your data, email contact@fulbridge.com or call +212 6 75 64 14 30.
We follow Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. When we work with people in the European Union, we also apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect and why
When you request a quote
Our quote form asks for your name, email address and the details of your event or document. You can also give your organisation, phone number, how you would like us to reply and how you heard about us, and you can attach documents for translation. The form also records the page you came from, so we know which service you were reading about.
We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you book us, organise and deliver the work. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.
When you email, call or message us
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to manage any booking that follows. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC and Meta, and their own privacy terms apply to messages sent through it.
Documents you send for translation
Documents you upload or send for translation are seen only by the coordinator and the translators working on them. We treat them as confidential, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We do not use your documents for any other purpose, and we do not upload them to public translation tools.
When you visit the website
Like most websites, our server and security software record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site secure, block spam and attacks, and fix errors.
We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address and information about your device and visit. We use these statistics only in aggregate, to improve the site.
On pages that show our prices, your browser loads the day’s exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API (or, if it is unavailable, from the jsDelivr network) to show prices in dollars, euros and pounds. Like any website you visit, these services receive your IP address. The rates are then stored in your browser for 12 hours.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use cookies that are needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choices, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site still works without analytics cookies.
Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to deliver our services or run this website:
- Interpreters, translators and technicians who work on your event or document, under a confidentiality duty.
- Our website hosting, email and backup providers, who store data on our behalf.
- Google, for website statistics.
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside Morocco. When that happens, we use providers that offer appropriate protection for personal data.
How long we keep your data
We keep quote requests and related emails for up to three years after our last contact, so we can answer follow-up questions and quote for repeat events. Invoices and contract records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Translation documents are deleted from our systems when the project is closed, unless you ask us to keep them for future work. Website statistics are kept in Google Analytics for the retention period set in our account.
How we protect your data
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiries and documents is limited to the people who need them, the site is protected by security software, and backups are stored securely.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, unless we must keep it by law;
- stop using your data, or withdraw your consent;
- object to how we use your data.
To use any of these rights, email contact@fulbridge.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Moroccan data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), or, if you live in the European Union, to your national data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
