Interpreters
- French, English, Arabic, Spanish & Portuguese: from MAD 6,000 per interpreter per day in Marrakech (MAD 5,000 excluding VAT).
- Outside Marrakech: the same day rate, plus travel and accommodation.
- Mandarin Chinese, German, Russian & Turkish: we fly interpreters in. You pay their day rate plus flights and accommodation. Price on request.
- Other languages, such as Urdu: through our network. Price on request.
- Half days: outside Marrakech, a half day can only be added to one or more full days. In Marrakech, price on request.
- Longer programmes: the day rate is lower when you book several days. Price on request.
Why two interpreters?
Simultaneous interpretation is very demanding, so interpreters work in pairs and take turns. For a full day, you normally need two interpreters for each language.
Remote interpretation
- Zoom, Teams, Webex, KUDO & Interprefy: from MAD 1,080 per interpreter per hour (MAD 900 excluding VAT). For meetings under one hour, one interpreter per language can be enough.

Interpretation equipment
- Standard package: from MAD 1,800 per language per day in Marrakech, Casablanca or Rabat (MAD 1,500 excluding VAT). It includes a mobile booth built to ISO 4043, two interpreter consoles, a central control unit, 20 headsets, a technician on site, setup and pack-up.
- More than 20 delegates: extra headsets cost MAD 42 each per day (MAD 35 excluding VAT).
- Other cities: add MAD 600 per day (MAD 500 excluding VAT).
- Portable systems for small groups and site visits: price on request.

More than 100 delegates? Listen on your phone
Your delegates hear the interpreter on their own phone, over a Wi-Fi network we set up at the venue. There are no headsets to hand out, and nobody leaves a passport as a deposit. Price on request. See listen on your phone.

The price depends on the length of the document, the subject and the deadline. Send us the file, and we will send you a price and a delivery date. See translation.
Examples
- One-day training in Marrakech, English to French, 30 delegates: 2 interpreters × MAD 6,000 + 1 equipment package × MAD 1,800 + 10 extra headsets × MAD 42 = about MAD 14,220 including VAT.
- Two-day workshop in Casablanca, one language, 35 delegates, with your own interpreters: 2 days × MAD 1,800 + 15 extra headsets × MAD 42 × 2 days = about MAD 4,860 including VAT.
Both examples are before any discount. Larger events cost less per day: we give a discount when you book several days or several languages.
Good to know
- A working day is 8:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime is 10% of the daily rate per hour.
- We keep backup equipment on site, so we can replace any faulty part at once.
- Equipment prices include our technician’s transport and accommodation inside Marrakech.
- All prices are approximate and include 20% VAT. Your quote is the final price, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
- For French, English, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese, we send your quote within 24 hours. For other languages, we reply quickly.
Payment & cancellation
- You pay 50% of the quote to confirm your booking.
- If you cancel up to 15 days before the event, we refund this payment in full.
- You pay the other 50% on the day before the last day of the event. For a one-day event, you pay it on the day.

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes 20% Moroccan VAT. Where it helps, we also show the price excluding VAT.
Can you quote in euros, dollars or pounds?
Our quotes are always in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). That is the amount you pay.
Why do I need two interpreters for one language?
Interpreters work in pairs and take turns during simultaneous interpretation, because the work is very demanding. For a full day, you normally need two for each language.
Is there a discount for longer events?
Yes. The price per day is lower when you book several days or several languages. Your quote shows the discount.
