fulbridge provides simultaneous interpretation for conferences, training courses and workshops across Morocco. The interpreter speaks at the same time as the speaker, and delegates listen through headsets or on their own phone. We work for organisations abroad, in 9 languages, with interpreters and equipment from one Marrakech team.
What you get
- Two interpreters for each language. Simultaneous interpretation is tiring work, so interpreters work in pairs and take turns.
- Interpreters who prepare. Before your event, they read the agenda and slides and learn your key terms. They also check how each speaker says their name.
- In the booth 30 minutes before the start. Your first session starts on time.
- All the equipment, if you need it. We bring mobile interpreter booths built to ISO 4043, consoles, a central control unit and headsets. A booth is a small soundproof cabin, so the interpreters’ voices don’t disturb the room. Our technician stays during your event.
- 9 languages. English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese, plus Mandarin Chinese, German, Russian and Turkish. Other languages, such as Urdu, through our network.
When simultaneous interpretation is the right choice
Choose simultaneous interpretation when your speakers must keep a normal pace, and many people listen in one or more languages.
- Conferences, forums & general assemblies: speakers present without stopping, and each delegate hears their own language.
- Training courses & workshops: the trainer keeps the pace, and trainees ask questions in their own language. See interpretation for training & workshops.
- Panels & question time: the discussion moves fast, and nobody waits for a translation.
- Hybrid meetings: some speakers join on Zoom or Teams. See remote simultaneous interpretation.
For a meeting of a few people, a site visit or a negotiation, consecutive or whispered interpretation may suit you better, with little or no equipment.
Equipment for your number of delegates
- Fewer than 5 delegates: a portable system, or whispered interpretation with no equipment.
- 5 to 50 delegates: a portable radio or infrared system, or a booth with our standard package.
- 50 to 100 delegates: one or more mobile booths, a radio or infrared system, a central control unit and headsets.
- More than 100 delegates: booths with headsets, or listen on your phone: delegates hear the interpreter on their own phone over a Wi-Fi network we set up.
Radio (RF) passes through walls. Infrared (IR) stays inside the room, which keeps your discussion private. See interpretation equipment rental.
How it works
- Tell us about your event. Send us your dates, city, venue, languages and number of delegates.
- Get one quote. For French, English, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese, we reply within 24 hours. For other languages, we reply quickly.
- Send us your materials. Share the agenda, slides and speaker names, ideally two days before the event.
- On the day. We set up the equipment before the first session. The interpreters are in the booth 30 minutes before the start. We pack everything up at the end.
Prices
- Interpreters: from MAD 6,000 per interpreter per day in Marrakech, including VAT. A full day of simultaneous interpretation normally needs two interpreters for each language.
- Equipment: from MAD 1,800 per language per day in Marrakech, Casablanca or Rabat. This includes a booth, two interpreter consoles, a central control unit, 20 headsets, a technician on site, setup and pack-up. Extra headsets cost MAD 42 each per day.
- Outside Marrakech: the same interpreter day rate, plus travel and accommodation.
- Chinese, German, Russian & Turkish, half days and longer programmes: price on request.
Example: a one-day conference in Marrakech, English to French, 60 delegates. 2 interpreters × MAD 6,000 + 1 equipment package × MAD 1,800 + 40 extra headsets × MAD 42 = about MAD 15,480 including VAT, before any discount.
All prices are approximate and include 20% VAT. Your quote is the final price, in MAD. See all our interpreter & equipment prices.

Questions about simultaneous interpretation
How many interpreters do we need?
Usually two for each language for a full day. Interpreters work in pairs and take turns, because simultaneous interpretation is very demanding. Tell us your agenda, and we will tell you the exact number.
Do we need an interpreter booth?
For most conferences and larger training rooms, yes. For small groups, a portable system is often enough. Tell us the room and the number of delegates, and we will tell you what you need.
Can delegates listen on their own phone?
Yes. For events with more than 100 delegates, delegates can listen on their own phone over a Wi-Fi network we set up. No headsets to hand out.
What do you need from us before the event?
The agenda, the slides and the names of the speakers, ideally two days before. The interpreters use them to learn your key terms.
Do you work outside Marrakech?
Yes, across Morocco, including Casablanca, Rabat, Agadir, Fez and Tangier. The interpreter day rate is the same; travel and accommodation are added to the quote.
