For conferences in Morocco with more than 100 delegates, fulbridge lets each delegate hear the interpreter on their own phone. It is not an app: we set up a Wi-Fi network at your venue. Delegates connect, choose their language and listen with earbuds we provide.

What you get

  • A Wi-Fi network for your event. We set up our own Wi-Fi network at your venue. The interpretation goes through our own IP address, so it can’t clash with other interpretation systems in the building.
  • Interpretation on each delegate’s phone. Delegates connect their own phone to the network and choose their language from a menu.
  • Earbuds for every type of phone. We give each delegate earbuds that fit their phone: 3.5 mm jack, micro-USB, Lightning or USB-C. They keep the same set for the whole event.
  • No headsets to hand out, and no ID deposits. Your staff don’t hand out and collect headsets, and no delegate leaves a passport or ID card at a desk.
  • Backup equipment on site. We keep backup equipment at the venue, so we can replace any faulty part at once.

Phones or headsets?

For more than 100 delegates, phones are usually simpler and cost less. For smaller groups, headsets are usually the better choice.

  • Listen on your phone: delegates use their own phone and the earbuds we give them. Nothing to hand out or collect, and no ID deposits. It can’t clash with other interpretation systems in the building.
  • Headsets: we hand a headset to each delegate and collect it at the end of each day. If another system nearby causes interference, our technician changes the frequencies. See interpretation equipment rental.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your event. Send us your dates, city, venue, number of delegates and languages. Tell us if you also need interpreters.
  2. Get one quote. We tell you what your event needs and what it costs, for phones and for headsets if you want to compare.
  3. Before the event. We set up the Wi-Fi network and the interpretation equipment before your first session starts.
  4. On the day. Delegates connect their phone, choose their language and listen. We pack everything up at the end.

Prices

Listen on your phone is priced on request, because the cost depends on the number of delegates, rooms, languages and days. For large events it usually costs less than headsets.

  • Interpreters: from MAD 6,000 per interpreter per day in Marrakech, including VAT. Other languages and cities: price on request.
  • Headsets instead: our standard equipment package starts at MAD 1,800 per language per day. See equipment rental prices.

All prices are approximate and include 20% VAT. Your quote is the final price, in MAD. See all our prices. Ask us for a quote for your event.

Payment & cancellation

  • You pay 50% of the quote to confirm your booking.
  • If you cancel up to 15 days before the event, we refund this payment in full.
  • You pay the other 50% on the day before the last day of the event. For a one-day event, you pay it on the day.

Questions about listening on your phone

Is it an app?

No. It is a Wi-Fi network that we set up at your venue. Delegates connect their phone to it and choose their language from a menu. There is nothing to install.

What if a delegate doesn’t have a smartphone?

We can lend them a basic smartphone for the event. For this loan only, we ask for a passport as a deposit.

Will the earbuds fit every phone?

Yes. We bring earbuds for 3.5 mm jack, micro-USB, Lightning and USB-C sockets. Each delegate keeps the same set for the whole event.

Can it clash with another interpretation system in the building?

No. The interpretation goes through our own Wi-Fi network and IP address, so other systems nearby don’t affect it.

Is it cheaper than headsets?

For large events, usually yes. For smaller groups, headsets are often cheaper. We can quote both so you can compare.
