Objectif Final : Développer la confiance en Anglais du personnel et créer un noyau de compétence en Anglais pour assurer un service minimum de qualité pour la clientèle en Anglais,, en utilisant des support visuels, enregistrements audios avec scripts sur mesure, simulations et jeux de rôle.

Programme

1 Salutations & prendre congé :
Ecoute, pronunciation, simulations et jeux de rôles:
Sir, Madam, Ladies, Gentelmen, good morning/afternoon/evening,  Have a nice day/evening/good night. Welcome to the Jardins de la Médina.

2 Accueil – confirmer réservation/nombre de couverts/intérieur ou extérieur.

3 Vocabulaire de table: identification, prononciation + articles (a, an, Ø) et
comptable/non comptables.

4 Répondre aux petites demandes : serviette, couteau, les toilettes Révision vocabulaire.

5 Ventes additionelles et consolidation des conversations

6 Réparer la communication:
Equipper le personnel avec les bons réflexes et les phrases nécessaires quand ils (elles) ne comprennent pas ce que dit le client.
